I am so thrilled and grateful to have placed among thousands of entrants. Many were from major publishers like Random House, HarperCollins, and Simon & Schuster. Also, the competition included New York Times Bestselling authors and big-name celebrities. In the past, celebrity authors like Jim Carrey (Bruce Almighty), Jonathan Frakes (Star Trek), and Henry Winkler (Happy Days) have won awards in this contest.
