SHIPPING & RETURNS
Fulfillment Times

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days: 
 

  • 2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, dresses, etc.) 

  • 2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)

 

97.66% of the above product type orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of these product type orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer. 

Please note:
 

  • Due to Covid-19 and during holiday periods, fulfillment and shipping times may be delayed. 

 

  • Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. When your order is shipped you will be notified by email. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time using the tracking number provided in the confirmation of shipping email.  

 

  • The fulfillment averages are calculated based on our fulfillment data for each product within 30 days.

 

  • Our fulfillment averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold. 

 

  • Fulfilling large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average. 

Shipping Times

  • 1 -3 weeks but may vary due to covid-19, supply side delays, shipping company issues, holidays, natural disasters, and lockdowns in other countries & the USA. 

  • Shipping & fulfillment of products is handled by a third party, except for featured physical books and gift boxes.

 

Return Policies

No refunds on digital book sales or featured physical books ordered from the Your Fantasy Portal website.

 

Return policies for Amazon Associate linked books and products are subject to Amazon's policies and are handled by Amazon.  

All sales are final on digital products. All sales are final on featured physical books unless they arrive damaged.

Your Fantasy Portal and Diamond Cove Publishing, LLC do not accept any product exchanges. We do not offer cash returns for any reason. We offer replacement items for damaged merchandise. If the product is no longer available, a store credit will be issued for the cost of the product.

Please contact yourfantasyportal@gmail.com within 14 days after the product has been received if there is an issue with your merchandise.
 

Once you have placed an order, you are not able to edit the order details or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, customer addresses, etc. we are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. 
 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to yourfantasyportal@gmail.com no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your Fantasy Portal does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
 

The risk of loss of, damage to, and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your responsibility shall be to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered. In such case Your Fantasy Portal or Diamond Cove Publishing, LLC will not make any refunds and will not resend the product. For customers in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the risk of loss of, damage to, and title for products will pass to you when you or a third party indicated by you has acquired the physical possession of the products.
 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
